Executive Assistant/Office Manager


  • To support the CEO with diary management and the wider Amsterdam office team with general administration
  • To support the colleagues with financial reporting
  • Office management


  • Diary management (including room bookings, lunch/dinner, external client meetings and coordinate)
  • Assisting with reporting requirements for management meetings. Create collate and submit reports for a variety of different committee meetings
  • Arranging travel and meeting itineraries (any visa requirements where necessary)
  • Processing and approving expenses in line with the company policy
  • New starter set up/welcome packs/system access
  • Liaise with technology and other support departments to ensure team members have the relevant systems access
  • Order equipment as required
  • Liaising with Facilities to manage office space/desk layout
  • Taxi and courier bookings as required


  • Excellent communication skills
  • English and Dutch speaking
  • A proactive, motivated approach
  • The ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage large workloads and tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
